The Quiet Work of Slowing Down
Trauma. Hormonal shifts. Addiction. A culture that rewards speed and overlooks the quiet work of slowing down. All of it can leave us feeling disconnected — unsure of how to feel safe, regulated, or at home in our own bodies.
Through somatic and biodynamic craniosacral therapy, paired with restorative somatic yoga, I guide a gentle remembering of your body's natural capacity to heal. Nothing is being fixed that is broken — you're reconnecting with a wisdom that was never lost, only quieted.
The Practice
I'm a Certified Somatic Intuitive Healing Practitioner (Moon Vibe Sanctuary, Portland, OR), currently completing my Somatic Yoga Teacher (200hr) Certification at the same school. Each session is a slow, body-first process of building relational safety and helping your nervous system find its way back to regulation.

What is Somatic Healing?
Somatic Healing draws from somatic therapy, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, and restorative somatic yoga. It's body-based, and it meets you exactly where you are — whatever you're feeling, or not feeling, in this moment.

A session might include:
-
Sensation awareness to support deep nervous system regulation
-
Restorative somatic yoga postures
-
Resourcing practices for self-regulation
-
Biodynamic craniosacral work, to cultivate presence and safety
